As the brand has done in the past, Nike is dropping a collection of Air Maxes covered in camouflage patterns to represent various counties. This time the pack will be utilizing the retro runner the Swoosh has been celebrating all year, the Air Max 97.
The shoes feature leather and canvas uppers covered in the camos of France, the United Kingdom, Italy, and Germany. Each pair sports a white midsole other the Italy pair, which will feature a black midsole instead. They also include a velcro patch on the tongue, and will come with interchangeable choices of the classic Nike logo and the flag of the country the particular pair represents. A fifth country is also potentially a part of the pack, the "U.S.A." colorway previously seen being rocked by Isaiah Thomas.
The Nike Air Max 97 "Country Camo" pack is scheduled to drop in late December.
